Shipping
All pieces ship directly from artisan workshops in Europe. We have built a network of makers, freight partners, and local delivery providers to ensure a smooth process from origin to delivery. By shipping direct, we limit additional handling in transit.
Shipping is calculated on a per-pallet basis and includes packing, pickup, and international freight to your delivery location. As all orders ship overseas, items are transported via pallet on a freight carrier, and your quote will reflect the total number of pallets required.
Pallet count is based on the size and shape of each piece. Whenever possible, we nest items to reduce the number of pallets. In many cases, additional pieces can be included with little to no increase in shipping cost.
Yes. Because shipping is calculated by pallet, combining pieces can often improve efficiency. We are happy to advise on how to make the most of your shipment.
Yes. We can coordinate timing with your project schedule. Please let us know in advance if you would like to delay shipment.
Lead times vary by piece and workshop. Some items may ship in as little as 6 weeks, while made-to-order pieces typically require 3 to 4 months.
Each order is produced and packed by hand, then shipped via international freight. Timing can be affected by production schedules and shipping conditions, including port congestion.
We coordinate each step closely and will keep you updated as your order moves through production and transit.
Curbside delivery includes delivery to your address via freight carrier. Items arrive on a pallet and are not unpacked or placed. Unpacking and placement can be arranged for an additional fee, though many clients choose to coordinate with their landscaping team as a more cost-effective option.

Yes. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window in advance. Timing may vary depending on the local terminal, and we will assist in coordinating where needed.
Delivery appointments are scheduled in advance. Someone must be present to receive the shipment and inspect for any visible damage. For larger orders, we recommend having your landscaping team or receiving crew onsite.
We take great care in packing and shipping. Due to the nature of handmade terracotta, damage can occasionally occur in transit. All shipments are insured, and we will work with you to arrange a replacement as quickly as possible, subject to standard lead times.
Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, including concealed damage discovered during unpacking, and include photos.
All import fees and customs duties are included in your order. Shipping quotes include standard curbside delivery to your location.
Additional fees may apply for services such as white glove delivery, storage, redelivery, or special access requirements. We will outline any known costs in advance whenever possible.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns
Because our pieces are made to order and shipped internationally, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or not as expected, we will work with you to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of any damage.
