Our Story

Doma Flora was founded in 2025 to bring handmade European garden objects and terracotta planters to designers and collectors in the United States. The company grew out of years spent, both personally and professionally, searching for the kinds of beautiful, distinctive garden elements that are commonplace in European landscapes yet often difficult to source in the United States.

The collection is sourced from a small group of family-run workshops in villages across Europe, where traditional materials and production methods continue to shape each piece. We work with both trade and private clients on residential and hospitality projects, with an emphasis on durable materials that develop character over time.

Doma Flora was founded by Elizabeth Brown, who has spent more than 15 years in the design industry. She previously served as CEO of the interiors marketplace Viyet, which was acquired by Sotheby’s and later became Sotheby’s Home. She has also held leadership roles at Holly Hunt and Mariani Premier Group, the largest luxury residential landscaping platform in the United States.
