You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, scrape, or otherwise use any portion of the site for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Our pieces are handmade using natural materials. Variations in color, texture, size, and finish are inherent and are not considered defects. These qualities are part of what makes each piece unique.
ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or limited availability.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We make every effort to ship orders efficiently and to consolidate items where possible. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on production schedules and international transit conditions.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
RETURNS AND DAMAGE CLAIMS
Most items are made to order and are not eligible for return. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage. This window is required to file carrier insurance claims on your behalf. We will work with you to arrange a resolution.
TRADE PROGRAM
Trade pricing is extended to approved professionals. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to revoke trade status at any time.
NO WARRANTY
This website and all content, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doma Flora LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product or service.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, port congestion, customs delays, labor shortages, or transportation disruptions.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doma Flora LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.
USER SUBMISSIONS
If you tag @domafloraco or use #DomaFlora, you grant Doma Flora LLC a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use and share your content for marketing purposes. You retain ownership of your content.
You confirm that you have the rights to any content you share and that it does not violate the rights of others.
AMENDMENTS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
BINDING ARBITRATION / CLASS WAIVER
Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration will take place in Coral Gables, Florida, unless otherwise agreed.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting: contact@domaflora.com
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by providing written notice within 30 days of your first use of the website.
The Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision.
CHOICE OF LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
